Brace yourself to be captivated as we are hosting a Dhrupad concert featuring Niloy Ehsaan on vocals and Roman Das on Pakhawaj.

Niloy Ahsan is an unconventional vocalist whose music is exquisite, energetic, and yet soul-searching. He is well-versed in Dhrupad, Dhamar, and Khayal's traditional and classical genres.
He received intensive training from eminent figures Padma Shri Ustad Wasifuddin Dagar and Padma Shri Gundecha Brothers. He is also trained in the Agra Gharana and the Indore-Kirana Gharana Khayal Gayaki.

He also holds rich experience and has worked with prominent artists such as A. R. Rahman and jazz legend Vycheslav Guyvoronsky, to name a few.

On Pakhawaj, we have Roman Das, a young and avant-garde musician, percussionist, composer, and erformer from New Delhi, India. Having grown up in a family of singers and musicians, he has been performing pakhavaj for the past 12 years. Roman started out his young life in Bengali traditional music, singing and playing the khol. His training in classical music and tabla is evident in the close bond and mutual understanding he forges with the musicians he plays pakhavaj with.
