REFUND POLICY

1. Refund Policy for Music Lessons:

Naadvistaar Foundation offers music lessons as a service. Refunds for music lessons will be considered under the following circumstances:

  • If the customer is dissatisfied with the quality of the lesson or the instructor for the demo lesson(first lesson only).

  • If the customer provides a valid reason for the refund request within 1 day (24 hours) of the lesson.

  • To request a refund for a music lesson, customers must contact [info@naadvistaar.com] within the specified timeframe.

  • Refunds will not be issued for missed lessons without prior notice. It is the learner's responsibility to communicate any scheduling conflicts or cancellations in advance.

 

2. Refund Policy for Event Tickets:

Naadvistaar Foundation sells event tickets for various music-related events. Refunds for event tickets will be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Event cancellation: If the scheduled event is canceled, postponed, or rescheduled, attendees will be eligible for a refund.

  • Ticket transfer: Attendees may not transfer any ticket to another person if they are unable to attend the event.

  • Refunds will not be issued for customer-related reasons such as change of plans or inability to attend.

 

3. General Refund Guidelines:

  • All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method/to the purchaser directly

  • These policies are applicable only on sales through "https://www.naadvistaar.com" only and is not binding on any third party sales of tickets or music lessons
